While every effort has been made to make the content of this website accurate, we cannot guarantee that it is entirely free from errors or omissions. If you find an error, let us know and we will do our very best to fix it. We reserve the right to change or remove content from time to time.

Some parts of the website are offered on a subscription basis. Billing cycles happen either monthly or annually. Unless you, your school or Music Department Resources cancels it, your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle. You can cancel your subscription by visiting the FAQ section of the website. The cancellation of your subscription will come into effect at the end of your monthly or annual cycle. If you have bought a single year access to MDR, we'll send you a helpful 'heads-up' email a month before your access ends. At that point you can either choose to buy another year, or end your access to the website.

In no event shall Music Department Resources, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access any part of the website, (ii) any conduct or content of any linked materials.

Your use of the website is at your sole risk. The website is provided on an "AS IS” and "AS AVAILABLE” basis. The website is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or course of performance. We reserve the right to refuse membership. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

We make cancelling easy. No one wants to feel tied into something, so we give you the option to cancel your subscription directly on the site. Please see our FAQs and follow the links provided.
